　　药物剂型：

　　药理作用：

　　本品能明显延长健康人的总睡眠时间，其抗焦虑作用比地西泮强3～5倍，但其作用又与地西泮不完全相同。本品具有很强的中枢性肌肉松弛作用。

　　药动学：

　　口服后经肝脏代谢，最后从粪便及尿排出。长期服用无蓄积。

　　适应证：

　　用于各种原因引起的焦虑、紧张、抑郁、失眠等症状。

　　禁忌证：

　　对本品过敏者、青光眼患者、孕妇、哺乳期妇女禁用。

　　注意事项：

　　1.脑器质疾病、肝肾功能不全时慎用。

　　2.用药期间不宜饮酒，不宜开车或操作机械。

　　不良反应：

　　1.不良反应发生率较低，偶见失眠、不安、兴奋、谵妄、妄想、焦躁、呼吸困难、心悸、便秘、排尿困难等。

　　2.长期大量应用可出现依赖性。

　　用法用量：

　　口服：对身心疾患、腰痛症、颈椎病及肌肉收缩性头痛所致的症状：每次0.5mg，每天3次。神经官能症、抑郁症：每次1mg，每天3次。睡眠障碍，1～3mg睡前顿服。老年人每天最大剂量1.5mg。

　　药物相应作用：

　　可增加酒精或其他中枢神经系统作用药物的作用，合用时应减量。H2受体阻断药如西咪替丁可延长本品的t1/2。单胺氧化酶抑制剂能加强本品作用。

　　临床研究：

　　本品为苯二氮卓类衍生物，具有较强的镇静、催眠、抗焦虑作用，还有很强的中枢肌肉松弛作用。久用停药有戒断症状，应逐渐停药。
