部份中文甲磺酸伊马替尼资料(仅供参考)治疗类别名称抗肿瘤药(酪氨酸激酶抑制剂)甲磺酸伊马替尼是诺华公司研制的一种新型抑制细胞增殖的信号传导抑制剂，临床上用于治疗慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)和恶性胃肠道间质肿瘤(GIST)。药理作用伊马替尼在体内外均可在细胞水平上抑制Bcr-Abl酪氨酸激酶，能选择性抑制Bcr-Abl阳性细胞系细胞、费城染色体阳性(Ph+)的慢性髓性白血病(CML)和急性淋巴细胞白血病病人的新鲜细胞的增殖和诱导其凋亡。此外，伊马替尼还可抑制血小板衍化生长因子(PDGF)受体、干细胞因子(SCF)，c-Kit受体的酪氨酸激酶，从而抑制由PDGF和干细胞因子介导的细胞行为。胃肠道间质肿瘤(GIST)细胞表达活性kit突变，体外实验显示伊马替尼抑制GIST细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡。 适应症：用于治疗费城染色体阳性的慢性髓性白血病(CML)的加速期、急变期或α-干扰素治疗失败后的慢性期，不能手术切除或发生转移的恶性胃肠道间质肿瘤(GIST)患者。 用法用量：对慢性粒细胞白血病急变期和加速期患者，甲磺酸伊马替尼的推荐剂量为600mg/日 ;对干扰素治疗失败的慢性期患者，以及不能手术切除或发生转移的恶性胃肠道间质肿瘤(GIST)患者，推荐剂量为400mg/日，均为每日1次口服，宜在进餐时服药，并饮一大杯水，只要有效，就应持续服用。 贮藏：本药宜保存在30°C以下。

Imatib Tab(Imatinib Mesilate)Imatib (Imatinib)is used to prevent and stop the growth of cancer cells of some types of myeloid leukemia and gastrointestinal stromal tumors. It helps your body to stop making abnormal cells which cause the tumors to grow.Dosage and AdministrationHow much you take and how often depends on the strength of the medicine and your condition. Take Imatib (Imatinib) strictly as directed by your physician, with a glass of water and a meal. Do not alter your dose or suddenly stop taking it without consulting your physician, even if you are feeling better. If you do, your symptoms may get worse and increase the onset of unwanted side effects.Do not eat or drink grapefruit juice while taking it as it may increase the affect of this medicine. If you forget to take a dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed.Side effectsAs with all medications, Imatib (Imatinib) has the potential to cause side effects in some patients. Common side effects include indigestion, an acid stomach, belching, feeling full or bloated, feeling empty, sad, or unusually cold, having difficulty moving, sleeplessness, stiff muscles, loose stools, unexplained weight loss, passing gas, a lack of interest or loss of pleasure in things, belching, and heartburn. If these symptoms worsen or persist contact your physician.PrecautionsTobacco, grapefruit juice, and alcohol may interact with Imatib (Imatinib), so discuss with your physician your use of these substances while taking this medication.Tell your physician if you have anemia, while blood cell problems, fluid retention in your organs, an underactive thyroid, chickenpox, heart disease, kidney or liver disease, or any type of infection.
