部份中文维A酸处方资料（仅供参考） 【中文品名】维A酸 【药效类别】抗肿瘤药>维生素类 【通用药名】TRETINOIN 【别　　名】维甲酸, Airol, Arotinoid, Retinoic acid, Vesanoid, Vitamin A acid, 【化学名称】 2,4,6,8-Nonatetraenoic acid, 3,7-dimethyl-9-(2,6,6-trimethylcyclohexenyl)-, (2E,4E,6E,8E)- 【CA登记号】[302-79-4] 【分 子 式】C20H28O2 【分 子 量】300.435 【开发单位】Roche 【首次上市】1995年，美国 【用　　途】当与细胞生长抑制剂联用时，维A酸诱导分化和显示较强的抗肿瘤活性，用于急性早幼粒细胞白血病。外用还可能有治疗光损伤皮肤和皮肤癌的潜力。 【药理毒理】本品是一种肿瘤细胞诱导分化剂，不仅能维持正常上皮细胞的分化作用，而且可使白血病细胞分化为具有正常表现型功能的血细胞，体外可抑制癌细胞增殖。 【药代动力学】口服吸收后，可通过肝脏与蛋白结合，被运转至全身，经胆汁排出，口服1mg/kg 后，血药峰浓度可达0.3～0.5μg/ml。 【用法用量】每日40～80mg(最高不超过0.12g)，分2～4次口服，疗程4～8周。 【不良反应】皮肤粘膜干燥、消化道反应、头晕及关节痛，停药后消失。 【注意事项】 1.服用本品后需监测肝功能、血脂。 2.不能与四环素及维生素A同时使用。 【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】孕妇禁用。 【药物相互作用】尚不明确。 【药物过量】 【贮 藏】 避光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。 Rechino酸，是一种维生素A的诱导体。作为皮肤的返老还童药被广泛使用,不过，这个物质对急性前骨髓球性白血病，根据成为病的原因的分子作用使白血病细胞成熟，抑制癌化的事变得清楚，作为抗癌剂被承认了。 是癌急性前骨髓球制白血病的首选药物，有效性高。 主要的副作用trachinoin是维生素A的一种，与一般的抗癌剂相比，副作用被抑制。但是，由于要投入大量的维生素A，其中有引起沉重的副作用。 一般的副作用，是triguriselide(中性脂肪)上升，肝功能障碍(GOT，GPT的上升)，口唇干燥，头痛，发烧等。作为trachinoin特征性的副作用，「rechino酸症候群」能举出。 这是发热、呼吸困难、胸水储存、间质性肺炎、低氧血症、低血压、肝功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭等症状的发现，需要充分注意的重病副作用。使用上的注意点抗癫痫剂的苯基因和止血剂氨基酸，维生素A剂等，根据相互作用引起重大的副作用。
